In 1976, Simon came to America with a $ 100.00 in his pocket and an Economics degree from Cambridge, England. Settling in Florida, Simon started working in an acrylics manufacturing company and was quickly promoted to management.

In 1980, Simon put his dreams of entrepreneurship into action by forming a company that worked with repairing Bank-repossessed properties. One of Simon’s proudest achievements was to become an American Citizen in 1982. In 1984, he obtained his Florida Contractors License and began a successful career in the building industry that has spanned three decades and has thrived, despite several downturns in the building industry.

His success in Florida’s competitive building industry is due to his uncompromising adherence to high standards of integrity, professionalism and excellence, which he considers not just attributes that are imperative for corporate success, but also a direct reflection of his personal character. Furthermore, his financial prudence in maintaining his corporation’s solvency and his ability to foresee and be prepared for fluctuations in the market has guaranteed his corporate longevity in a, sometime, volatile industry.

Excellent communication skills are another reason for Simon’s success. He has the ability to work with local government, sub-contractors and clients, bringing a cohesive spirit of cooperation to every building project.
